SAP Project Coordinator

Summary

As an SAP Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in overseeing the execution of projects within the SAP system. The successful candidate must be able to collaborate effectively with different departments and team members to ensure a seamless transition to S/4 Hana. Strong organizational skills for project management, detailed documentation, with an understanding of SAP systems will be crucial to this role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating IT projects to ensure timely task completion
  • Identify and resolve issues with various stakeholders, end-users, IT professionals, and management
  • Collaborate with different departments and team members
  • Document project requirements including functional and technical specifications
  • Maintain comprehensive change logs to track modifications throughout the project lifecycle
  • Future implementation of S/4 Hana
  • Document any changes to project scope, requirements, and timelines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
  • Basic understanding of ERP Concepts
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0, SAP S/4 Hana preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration between team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite for project documentation and reporting
  • Bilingual in Mandarin is required
  • Basic project management skills with familiarity in Agile, Waterfall, SAP-ASAP
  • Work well under pressure and deadlines
  • SAP Certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus

Location

This position will be on-site based in Sugar Land, Texas.
