Summary
As the Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of the organization overseeing the AP, AR, and Payroll functions. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising a team of employees. The successful candidate will serve as support for both external and internal audits.
Job Responsibilities
Manage AOI US AP/AR and Payroll
Train, mentor, and supervisor employees
Assist in external and internal audits
Coordinate with Treasury team to manage the cash flow
Perform and review certain balance sheet reconciliations
Propose process improvement in AP/AR/Payroll if needed
Other duties to assist Controller
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Prefer a CPA license but not required
Prefer 10 years of experience in AP/AR/Payroll
Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems, familiar with SAP is a plus
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Adhere to AOI's policies and procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
Minimum Travel required.
Location
This position will be on-site based in Sugar Land, Texas.
